I inquired about a new vehicle on line. Infiniti of Peoria called me and we made the deal over the phone. I had asked for a four wheel and I wanted it loaded. When I got there my car was up on the lift. So we went in and signed papers. I thought I was getting a four wheel drive. When I left I did not notice that it was a two wheel.Actually i just realized that its not. My car is now 4 months old with 700 miles on it. when I realized it was not and confronted them they lied to me. They said that we had a discussion about lowering the price I would have to have a two wheel. They said I agreeed to it. I would never do that. I live in Prescott. Where my house is located I need a four wheel drive. I would never buy a two wheel. I went back and fourth with them. On my way out I decided I needed to talk to the boss. So I went in he told me the best he could do was to trade in my car and get a 2010. for a hundred dollars more a month but I would have to have excellent credit. Well I dont So now my payments would go from 550 to 870. I cant afford that. Its not fair i would be willing to pay the difference between the 2 wheel and four wheel. I feel totally ripped off.I am a single mom and I have a car that is useless to me. One more thing the owner said he would call in the next two days. I said to him like your sales person did. He looked at me in the eyes and said if I say i will call i will well that was three weeks ago and im still waiting for that man of integrity to call me!
