A charge of $14.95 showed up on my online banking statement, i need my refund, please help.

A charge of $14.95 showed up on my online banking statement, so filed a fraud claim. Also, I have been using Equifax to give me alerts and gave Equifax my bank info to charge me. Linked? I don't know, but this is a scam.

I was charged 14.95 by this website on November 24th, I have never been to that website, nor have I received a credit report. Any help in returning these funds would be appreciated.
