FRAUD-Phone Service

Our company has AT&T and when checking the bill this month noticed a $9.95 charge from "THE BILLING RESOURCE". In further investigation found that they had been billing me since 11/2010 (it is now 6/2011). I called the number listed on my AT&T bill and the person at InfoSource USA stated that this was an authorized charge by a name I had never heard of, and an email address that was NOT OURS. She only agreed to stop charging me and told me tough luck on the back charges.
I called AT&T and told them about it all, they told me to file a complaint with the Better Business Burea and the Public Utilities Commission. I did both. AT&T also agreed to reverse the charges for the past 7-8 months and have blocked my account from ANY 3rd party carriers.
These guys are SCAMMERS!

SCAM

I AM FROM SOUTH AFRICA. I HAVE BOUGHT A PRODUCT CALLED INFORSOURCE USA SURVEYS. THIS COMPANY THEN SENT ME ABOUT 200 LINKS WHERE I CAN GO AND SUBSCRIBE TO DO SURVEYS FOR THE COMPANIES, BUT WHEN I TRIED TO SUBSCRIBE, I WAS NOT ALLOWED TO, BECAUSE SOUTH AFRICAN'S WAS NOT ON THE LIST. I WAS ONLY ABLE TO SUBSCRIBE TO 4 SURVEYS. THE WEBSITE CLEARLY STATES THAT THIS IS OPEN FOR EVERYONE ALL OVER THE WORLD, BUT THAT IS NOT TRUE. I WILL THEREFORE NOT BENIFIT FROM THIS PRODUCT AT ALL, BECAUSE THIS COMPANY ARE BUSY LYING TO ALL PEOPLE. THIS IS SUCH A BIG SCAM TO GET MONEY. THE WEBSITE ALSO QUARANTEE YOUR MONEY BACK WITH NO QUESTIONS ASKED IF CANCELLED IN 8 WEEKS, BUT THAT CAN ALSO NOT HAPPEN, BECUASE YOU CAN NOT GET HOLD OF THIS COMPANY. WHAT CAN I DO. I NEED TO GET HELP.
