I have also been plagued with their calls. They have no inbound number so they cold call catching a person off guard. I truely thought they were yellowpages.com with whom I have done business. After writing to them I received another call during which I refused to pay a company that misrepresented itself. Two weeks ago I got a call again to confirm that I did not want to be listed with them in the future. I went through the taped recording again and then heard that I would have to have a $0 balance to cancel further listings. I said yes because it didn't seem to matter what you said, it was a complete rlun around. I got a confirmation number for the cancellation and this week received a bill for the $499 from a company called Nationwide Business Network. I will not be paying. If I get a call I will ask for the recording to be played to my attorney.
