I put 20k in ing unit link policy(Life Plus) on Sep2007, Policy No - 00788622, i went to ing branch on 5th oct'10, i surrendered my policy, that time surrendered value is 16k+, they said cheque will come within 7 working days, but i didn't get my cheque, many times i called to customer care, after a month i got cheque Rs. 10363.34, i lost my 50% of investment, i was getting worst experience from ing... dear friends i just advice u, plz don't take this type of policy and waste your money, that sales manager didn't tell about the policy terms at the time, best you can invest in property or some other things, else donate to orphanage or give to poor peoples, i learned much more from ING Life insurance...worst service...
