DON"'T buy the Joy Mangano eyelglasses because if you do expect the bows(ear pieces) to fall off. I purchased three sets and everytime I put on a pair the bow falls off. I called HSN--they tell you to call Ingenious Designs who give you the run around. Finally after many calls I was promised that replacements would come. They still haven't and it has been over 2 months. I called HSN who promised to help if Ingenious Designs didn't take care of the situation. I called HSN last night and was told they wouldn't help. WHY IS HSN SELLING ITEMS THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND? I thought both companies were reputable, but I have learned they are out to sell not take care of their customers!!!
