Absolute FRAUD. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAM ARTISTS!!!

Made an order well before the holidays, nearly 2 months later after countless emails and unreturned phone calls I had to charge back on my credit card. I guess their business is doing poorly in the recession so they are charging as much as they can on people's credit cards and sending them absolutely nothing. I will be filing a police report against them.
