I ordered ink from My inks.com in October 2005. The ink was defective and would not work. I emailed them for a return authorization and was told to soak the ink cartridges. After soaking them without success, I sent another email for a return authorization. I received no response to my email and tried two more times without response. I them tried calling the company but the number listed on my packing slip was disconnected. I then called my bank and was given a different number. This number went to a completely different company. I filled a complaint with Visa for a refund and continued to try to get a hold of the company. I called the 800 number as if I was going to place an order and talked was told the time limit for refunds had passed. The woman then hung up on me and when I tried to call back noone answered. In the end trying to save a few bucks on ink has cost me $60.00 on worthless ink cartridges.
