i ordered there cable box Exploer 800 DVR .on JUN 02.2011. when i got my box. i call my cable company.so when I called my cable provider told me there was no way they would activate that unit, because it doesnt run on there software and the company that sold it to me knows that no cable company would activate a unit that the cable company cannot control!!! Now i am RETURN this box back to WAREHOUSE ALLEY . ENGLEWOOD, CO on, JUN 13.2011 still now i do'nt see them RETURN money back to my cedit. i am EMAIL them all time but they do'nt email my back, ATTN: this EMAIL ( [email protected] ) r this phone # ( 1-866-877-8989 ) it ADVOID THIS COMPANY THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF
