I ordered clothes from Newport News for the first time last month (April 2009). I NEVER agreed to sign up for this Insider Pass - I don't even know what it is! A charge for $14.95 just showed up on my Bank of America Visa bill & I need to find out how I can get in cancelled AND where I can complain so that Newport News is no longer able to practice such fraud!!!
