After speaking with Mr. Eric Peacock manager of insiderpages/citysearch, he told me that his employees have taken it upon themselves to delete at will any comments posted to our site. Mr. Peacock said if they felt it was posted from the same site as our company they deleted it. We have a lap top in our lounge for patients to post comments good or bad. I have faxed 10 pages of positive comments posted to insiderpages site from our patients in the past 1 1/2 ( that have been deleted ) Mr. Peacock stated that in the future they will allow patient comments from our office. What about the business we have lost do to ONLY negative comments? I want our positive comments back or a fresh start to our site.
