Purchased a Insinkerator hot water dispenser it began leaking after a year. Purchased another one with the three year warranty it also leaked after about a year with all the restrictions and rules of the warranty its like having no warranty at all. I'm lucky I regularly check for leaks under my sinks so I avoided serious damage. Buyer Beware and check under your sink regularly.
