I signed up for a free trial of caps to aid slimming for which my account was debited £2.95. Two weeks later my account was debited £69.95 without my authorisation for goods I have not yet received. I would like a full refund to be paid to me by cheque. This is in place of my last recent complaint where the information I gave was inaccurate
