Instaflix and Red Box. Both are in red box kiosks, right? Ad says return your Red Box video to any of 33, 000 red boxes across the country, right? I did that. Only the video went back to red box instead of Instaflix. I found through CSR that they return the videos to each other within a week of mixup, then they charge the customer in my case $32.10. Red box and Instaflix work together, return the movies to each other and then charge the customer. I'm canceling red box. Won't do business with instaflix again.
