In July 2009 I've applied for flight attendants courses online on the site mentioned above. I've paid the fees(for the theory courses, practical training and also for an internship. They failed to offer me everything I paid for. When I saw that they are not capable of offering me the services I've paid for and was promised I asked the representatives of Institute of travel and tourism to refund me my money. After a while they agreed to refund me the money. That happened at the end of February 2010. They promised again that the refund will be paid back to me within 90 days. More than 90 days passed but I still haven't received my refund and they never even answer to any of my e-mails. You are REALLY my last hope. I'm really desperate and disapointed than their services. Please help me refund my money and fix this big mistake I've made...
