Purchased a vehicle from Mike Fleetwood. Car began having trouble, almost immediately. Was told he would send it back through the auction or fix the A/C. The transmission went out within 60 days. Received the run-around about fixing the A/C...awaiting parts, then we need to look at it, you need to leave it, we're too busy, etc... Took the vehicle to him and left it...several excuses, never fixed air...okay, so let's work this out.

Offered to let the dealer keep all of the monthly payments, he can send the car back through the auction, and we would take the $2, 000 we put down and place it on another one of his vehicles. NOPE...you lose $2, 000, you lose all payments, you can't have your personal belongings back unless you sign a release for the car.

He kept our money, we feel he lied to us, and about a week later...he SOLD the car to someone else. In my opinion, that's a filthy, dishonest, and crooked thing to do!
