I ordered a 1 time search request for .95 and now am charged $19.95. Who can I turn to get my money back?

I did not request Intelius Identity protection. I do not want this service, I want my money back, a copy of your email and my answer is being given to my bank.

Full of nonsense
Intelius is full of none sense!!! Do Not Use any of the Services With Intelius!
The information Intelius provides is in complete and unsatisfactory for the amount of money they charge. Also, the customer service personal is ignorant about the services they have. The only thing they know is to tell you that is the following: “I am sorry but the money we've charge is none refundable." I think that this company needs to be checked by government officials and be fined for undelivered services or they should refund the money back to the consumers.

unauthorized charges
This company has been making unauthorized charges on my credit card. They harged my account numerous times, in Jan, April and June 2008 for a subscription service I did not order or authorize. Total loss $66.00. Intelius does not have customer service personel to respond to my omplaints, so I disputed the charges with my credit card company.

This company is a fraud and they are scamming the general public of most likely millions of dollars. Where is the US Attorney General? Shut down this company! File a class action lawsuit against INTELIUS.COM !!!

fraud/identity theft
I paid $22.95 for a background check for my husband which provided me with no information. After I paid them there were 3 fraudulent charges made to my card. I cancelled my card with my bank and when I spoke to a representative at Intelius she was very rude and hung up on me. A few minutes later my phone rang and I recognized the voice as being the customer service rep. I dealt with and she told me "You better watch your back b**** because I know where you live"Don't ever use this unreputable co.!

unauthorized charges
We found two charges from this company on our charge card in March 2008 that we did not authorize. Apparently there is something with this company going on that when the charges were put on, our credit card company put on a fraud alert and have temporarily shut down our card. So beware. This is supposed to be some kind of people information service, does background checks, etc. But I wouldn't use them.
