This is Giovanni from the Philippines. I bought 3 LG KP500 from this site www.mobulcity.com and the first transaction was great, they use USPS. They send to me the phones.. i bought again 1 unit of LG KF900 Prada phone from their site and they use FedEx and when it reached here, the FedEx Philippines lost my shipment and they refunded my shipper named Mike Marra or Michael Marra of mobulcity last Aug.27 as what the FedEx informed me. I am very much worried now because he is not replying with my e-mails since the shipment was lost. and when i tried to claim the refund, the FedEx send the check to him already and I don't know where i'm going to report this thing.. that costs $475.52.. Can somebody help me with this?
