My Cargo was picked up a month ago for air frieght to India, . Have received couple of booking confirmations and none of them seem to be happening.. every time i call them no answer for my question or delays. They keep giving false promises and I donno If at all i will receive my consignment.. I have paid fully and I have no hopes of my goods being delivered. Overall i am very confident of losing a huge amount of money. No idea whom should I contact and where should I lodge a complaint against this...
