I have two complaint's one is the cost the second is they will not let me access the sit to retrieve the data i need nor will thy send the data to me.

I Purchased quad-cleaner Software from Interactive Brands on line the cost was 29.99 they charged my card 68.00 for the software the sent me a user name and password to enter the site so i could retrieve the product key. every time i enter this in formations to log in I get forgot password i have sent several emails to correct this but no replies and called several times with no reopens from them.
