I have the biggest complaint with sprint. The service is the worst.Between dropped calls, delayed text(arriving the next day). I have already spoken with someone from acct. services, who informed me that we have the best service in our area. If this is the best I am glad to have verizon. Unfortunately, for my kids they are subjected to the unacceptable service provided to them. Sprint is not the biggest loser here we are. I have decided to end our service with sprint and giving up $400.00 to be rid of the best service in our area. Unfortunately with a daughter going off to college, I can't take a chance that she will get this great service also. This will be the last time I go off of a commercial, because apparently customer service means absolutely nothing to your company. Word of mouth is really something and I will use my mouth and my pen to let others know of the horrible service provided by your network.
