send in $20 for processing and you've won 2, 500, 000. they sent a ridiculous "official document" with seal and everything.

This is Not the First letter i have received regarding a payment of winnings . AQfter the first 5.95 processing fee for nothing i decided to look up this company & find a number to call to ask Questions .All i have found is the complaints About this Fraudulent practice being used to milk people out of their hard to come finances.

Yay!!! I just won $2, 500, 000!!! And all I gotta do is send them $20. Hmmm, you know, if they've got millions to hand out, why do they need my $20? Couldn't they just deduct $20 from my newly acquired $2, 500, 000? Oh, wait. I get it. They can't because it's total BULL S*%#!!! Who are these people??? Please, if anyone has any info on how I can find these A-holes, I'll give YOU my $20. Do these people not know of the internet & it's endless supply of precautionary information about scams just like this one? Seriously, I need to know who, where. Anybody...my email is [email protected]. I promise that if given valid information that legitimately leads me to the responsible party, I will send you my $20. You have my word. That will have been money well spent, and it will have helped to ensure that these bastards don't get anymore poor, hardworking, honest, sucker's money by playing them with the American dream. If I had been naive enough to send my money - in hopes of getting out of debt and helping the people I love get out of debt as well - I'd be 100% enraged right now. I'm all ready feeling pretty friggin pissed. I swear - I'm not about to let this one go. This S%*T ain't over. So far, all I got is some fake name signature on this B.S. certificate (Carol Walker). international award advisors, sented me a letter saying that i would get 3, 175, 536.00 and that i needed to send them 20.00 dollars to recieve the money, i did that! but haven't gotten one single dime. now they sent me another letter stating that i needed to send another 20.00 dollar to retrive my winnings. i think that something needs too be done about it!!!

I have recieved a letter stating I won 2, 500, 000.00 in July 2009 and all I have to do is send in 20.00 and the offical document but I decided to check what they are first thats where I found this site. A couple days later I got 2 more letters from NPRC and Data release Division both stating I won millions, just like International Award advisors from what I learned they are not what they say. I checked all the companys on this site and they said the same for all 3 frauds.
