International Finance and Trust LLC was a company formed with 4 original Directors, Julie Holden, Matthew Jarvis, Bryan Smith and Kurt Hamilton. We were introduced to this particular company and it's platform by Steve Benders. Before investing, we were told by both Bryan Smith and Steve Benders that there was an Insurance Policy that protected all of the investors. We were also informed that our payouts would start within six weeks of our investment and continue with monthly payouts. To make a VERY long drawn out story short, IF&T was unable to complete one "alleged" trade. What they were able to do was mislead all of the investors by continuously giving unverified or unconfirmed information through an email system. The excuses this company has used including the complications with their supposed paymaster is neither believable nor has it ever been confirmed with any back up sanitized documentation. 3 of the 4 Directors have either sold or given their shares to Julie Holden. There is not a bricks and mortar location nor are there any employees. Julie Holden is the only one left to our knowledge. Julie is still solicitiing Investors for various platforms and commercial real estate deals. Please do extensive research on this company and you will find they HAVE NOT been able to perform one completed trade. We have lost our Investment and all communication with Julie Holden has ceased. We have heard similar stories from dozens of other Investors who have also lost their investment.

Julie Holden, Bryan Smith, Steve Benders and Kurt Hamilton we believe have been very deceptive and maniuplative in their dealings involving International Finance and Trust llc.
