Around may 6, I ordered hair from this company and I paid $307 plus $40 for over night shipping. Today is June 10, 2011 and I have not received the hair. This company says it is not their problem. It is the problem of the shipping company. Their website says because they care about quality, they use UPS, but somehow they used FedEx. The customer service is the worst I have ever seen. Basically they are saying it is my fault that the hair they supposibly sent the hair but did not get to me. I have never felt so scammed in my life. They are members of the better business bureau, so I will try to report them hopefully it will help somehow. I do not recommend doing business with this company at all.
