I came USA just 1 month ago. And i bought cell phone from AT&t Company almost 3 weeks ago. We made family plan and international text message. But this `big` company didn't activate text message. first day day said `oh its weekend` we waited monday, monday they didn't understand problem and demanded extra one week and i agreed. and this stupid thing continued until today. Everytime their `smart` technic personals acting like i am retarted. Actually i use cell phone more than 10 years. I thought America is homeland of technology. BUt their great telephone company can not solve silly text message problem 3 weeks. They sent me AT&T stores even they didn't solve too. They made me all ruin. This morning hours and hours they try talk on phone and same stupid questions. i ask my friends and they say `they didn't receive anything from me`.

I don't understand what is their problem. In Turkey, our companies open ur cellphone same day + u can send sms every country even forgotten places... Thank you At&T for this stupid experience you gave to me.
