Do not work for these people. They fire people within a couple of months and do not care about the fact that most sales people will be gone in 3 months to a year, and they have about a 50% client attrition rate. You will never have a career at this compny; their business model is to burn through employees and clients. Your main job will be to call hundreds of people a week, many of which have been called many many times before. If you get a client, chances are very good that before their campaign is over they will have a new sales person, one who's main job is to take over clients after their salesperson has been fired. It is a horrible place to work.

Deceptive Sales/Fraudulent Sales
Well, I see that I'm not the only one who has encountered these beasts. I originally entered into a contract over-the-phone for directory and internet advertising. This was done through a sales rep named Lee Garrett, who represented himself as being with the Windstream Phone Directory. He stated that he would send over a proof of the ad so that I could ok it. I never received a proof. The ad is now out in the directory, but is nowhere near satisfactory. The wrong street address is listed and the name of the proprietor is nowhere to be found! These are key elements to my business. Also, they are supposed to be providing me with internet advertising service and charging a monthly fee. However, as I was able to get one rep to admit to, windstreamyellowpages.com isn't as popular as plain yellowpages.com, and so when you visit that site wyp.com, you are automatically redirected to plain yellowpages.com., as they are 'phasing out' wyp.com. The problem lies in the fact that I've already had an ad on yellowpages.com for months, and it is a FREE service.I am trying to dispute the bogus monthly advertising fee they are charging me, but it is hard to do when the supervisors won't return your calls! Beware of The Berry Company! They are deceitful and a bunch of crooks!
