Unauthorized Charges

My account was charged twice from this company called "Internet Coach." The first charge was for $1.97 on 7/21/09, the second charges of $77.00 on 7/31/09. I never heard or made business with this company and I'm trying to get my money reimbursed with no luck because the number they have listed on the charges (1-866-528-0305) is not a working number.
Has anyone heard or experienced the same I'm going thru? Does anyone know how I can get hold of these scamballs and get my money back? Please help, anyone!!!

Whom It My Concern, (Internet Coach)

I am writing regarding stolen funds out my account.

Internet Coach has deducted $67.00 on June 29, 2009, from my checking account without my permission. I have never heard of Internet Coach. I checked my account records. I need to know how I can get my money back and any overdraft fees, and to make sure that this don't happen again. I would appreciate any information concerning this matter. Please beware this is an attempt to get my money returned to my account before calling the Federal Authority.
