Disconnection of Services
June 25, 2010 I took my modem into the Time Warner Cable and asked to have my phone and internet cancelled. I went online to view my bill and found I was still being charged for internet. It has since been corrected. The customer service is horrible. Hang ups, incorrect transfers, no knowledge of products, services or billing, and bad attitudes. Wait times on hold average anywhere from 15 to 30 minutes. I dropped the phone service and internet. The internet connection kept dropping and the battery backup does not work if the power fails in regards to the phone service. I called last week before cancelling to get a lower bill and the lady was trying to sell me more services.
