I ordered my product a couple of months ago. Half of the order shipped within a couple of weeks. I called the company to ask where the rest of it was. I was told the item was back ordered and they would contact me within 36 hours to let me know when i should receive it. A week went by and no contact. I call them back and they tell me the item has been discontinued and i would be refunded within the next two weeks. It is now going on 3 weeks with no refund and now when i call i get a busy signal or it goes to a mail box that is full. what should be my course of action to get my money back. it appears that this is happening to many other people from the same site now that i have researched it some.
