I used my credit card to purchase info on how to make money online thru Google Profits. The next day I received a call about my order. I asked if there was going to be a monthly charge and the girl did not answer the question. I told her that I wanted to cancel if there was going to be. Also, at the bottom at the end of filling out the form after I processed $1.97 on my card, was in very small print that I was gong to get charged $39.95 a mo. for info on Grants, and also another $39.95 for another Biz. There were #'s to call to cancel. The # for the Biz was not a working number. I did cancel the one for the Grants. My complaint is that The Google Profits co. charged my card $49.95 and when I called they would not refund me my money. There was never an indication that I would be charged that amount. Also I was charged $39.95 for the biz that did not have a good #. I still have not been able to contact them. There are so many scams out there. On my charge card it is listed as XMBrnads MU, Cancun. How can we stop this and how can we get reimbursed?
