I was looking into this program to try and better myself and my family. When I found this program there was a charge of $1.95 that I was aware of to receive information to look further into how I could receive this money, however, I was not aware of the $38.21 or the $57.81 charge. When I checked my email the next day there was a number I could call. I called this number and spoke to a woman who was obviously not from this country and could barely understand what she was saying, I did however got what ever "subscription" that was charged to me cancelled. I also found out when I went to the bank that there was another charge of $38.21 that I have no idea what it was for. I am discussed about this program that is suppose to be "federal grant money". When people are trying to find ways to help themselves and have things in life and this is what you get for trusting the government to help. I want my money back now and I would like to be informed by email that I did receive it back. I am sooo totally pissed.
