This company is about to run with everyone's money. Our former salesperson called to let us know we needed to hurry to try and get our $2000 marketing retainer back because all the employees were gone and they were about to disappear with everyone's pre-paid marketing. Their premise is they will sell the property (timeshares) in 180 days or your money back. We have a signed contract. Our bank couldn't help us because it was on Visa, the bank lost our info and had to change our Visa card so now the card doesn't match the charged card, and Visa only covers us for 60 days, not 6 months. I'm contacting an attorney now. This is horrible. Send them a certified letter now to try and protect yourself even if you aren't close to your 180 days. Ours went out this morning...hopefully you used Amex or a company that guarantees your purchases for longer than Visa does. We are living a nightmare. The website is slowly dwindling and our property isn't even on it anymore but is still active.
