Last summer we purchased an Intex pool from Wal-Mart. It was the 24 x 54 size round pool costing $699.00. We put it up and less than a month after putting it up we noticed that the water was beginning to go down, after first we thought it was the kids splashing so we filled it back up and 2 days later it was down again. My husband noticed that the liner was leaking from the seam, like it rotted. So we called them and they did warranty it by sending us a new one which we got at the end of the swimming season so we left it in the box until the middle of May 2014. We haven't had it set up a full month yet and a hole in the same spot looking like it rotted formed again. My husband called them today and was put through to a woman that sounded like she was in the Middle East. She said there was nothing they could do because it was over 90 days and he was trying to explain to her that this was a liner that came directly from them as a warranty replacement. She wouldn't help and he asked to talk to a supervisor and she would not transfer him. So he hung up tried to call again and got the same woman. This time he asked to talk to someone in America and she still would not transfer him. If we cannot get someone in America to talk to us from that company when we ask for it we will NEVER buy from them again. With the whole set up the pool, sand filter, and saltwater system we spent well over $800.00 to not even be able to use it for 2 months total.
