I got a call yesterday evening from this guy asking if I was interested in investing in a property he owns. Never have I met him or even heard of him. So I look up his name on the internet and I find that not only does he have a category on this site, but also RipOffReport.com. He claims he got my name and information from the courthouse when doing some research for property investments. How can this be legal and how is he getting the information? Personal information should not be made public in such a way. This man seems to be a con artist and I hope that no one buys into his gimmick. According to the report listed on the other site, he's got quite a list of dirty laundry in the mortgage/investment industry. BEWARE!
