I have been working with ITC (Investors Trading & Contracting) for 3 months since March 4, 2009 until May 30, 2009. I was not given any document to sign that serves as my contract since I started to work telling that contract will be given after 6 mos. I was about to transfer my sponsorship to ITC but doubtful to do it. Unfortunately, I did not stay long like most of the newly hired employees did because the company is always delaying the salary. I only received my salary for the month of March, rest, until now not yet with me. The Manager even issued check to me to encash on August 2, 2009 but it came to be a bouncing check. I earnestly request justice for all of the staff yet unpaid until now.
