Claims to be a big time lender, he will accept any project and tell you that he loves it. He claims he can lend from $500, 000.00 to $50, 000, 000.00.
Once he gets you exited about getting funding for your project he will ask for upfront money, he also gets reputable law firms to represent his company and tells you the upfront money is to pay for legal documents. Once you find out who's representing him you will think that hes for real, but he never pays the law firm and you're deal is never done.
He will also tell you that he wants the money wired to his account, once wired you shall never see youre money again.

By the way he also works with many so called brokers witch are also part of the scam. They will stop at nothing to get youre money so please be careful!!!
