At the start of the summer i signed up with IO digital cable. What a nightmare. Like a seinfeld episode i had to drive out to the house to meet the cable guy. He did not show up within his 4 hour window and finally after waiting all day i went out to get something which is when the guy apparently chose to arrive. fully 2 hours after the window closed. No phone call.

Customer service says he was there and left a note which i was unable to find.

So, i am unsure if he even did come.
