The software will not load onto my computer unless I give them my credit card number and other financial information. I refuse to disclose that private information. I believe it is not lawful to require that information as a requirement. I purchased the software from a retailer and did not subscribe to Iolo's service. They have denied giving me a refund and will not answer my emails. I also wrote them on regular mail and have received no reply.
