Bad bad company

I ordered a watch for my father in time for Christmas. As of January 11th, I have no watch. After 6 emails and numerous customer service calls, they FINALLY responded saying I will be refunded. The lack of response was what really made me mad. I DO NOT recommend this company.

Avoid this website at all costs

iPocketWatches.com FINALLY sent me an email regarding the shipping date change; tracked via UPS and found it's legit. I had already contacted my bank to reverse the charges due to no communication (several voicemails and emails left); they said they had to give the iPocketWatches 2 weeks to get their claim in. The watches were for my groomsmen on an April 9th wedding date...and they're just now coming in?! Needless to say, I'm not accepting the package and having it returned to sender. Their website claims "no restocking fees" and the shipping was free, so I should get 100% of my money back -- if I don't, then I'll claim 100% dissatisfaction and the bank will return my money to me.

From now on, I'll be extensively checking ratings, reviews, scam-sites, etc. before making a purchase from a company that is not forefront on my mind (ie Amazon.com).
