STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! They "claim" to be the most trusted, yet they charge your credit card for services that were not performed. They keep your iPod for extended time and tell you due to overwhelming response the repair department is either backed up or they are waiting on parts. I received my nano almost to the day two months later and it was the same as I sent it in, but I was $171.33 plus $6.50 for shipping poorer. The phone number they give on the web site gives you only two choices: 1. for Sales, 2. for Support. When the automated attendant transfers you (for either choice) the phone goes to dead air. The only way to communicate seems to be by email. Who knows when we will hear back on that. It is a wait and see situation.
