I ordered an Ipod nano 5th generation 16GB on this website on the 6th December for my mum. She was planning on giving the Ipod to my dad as a Christmas present. I received an e-mail confirmation straight away with an order number and another e-mail followed which was in Chinese. A couple of days later, I received another e-mail which confirmed there had been a change in domain name and it provided a link which allowed me to log into my account and track my order. Once logged in I noticed that I had provided my billing address instead of my parents billing address as I had used my mums card. The website confirmed that the payment had been processed on 7th December. This is when alarm bells started to ring. My mum checked her bank account and £95.99 has been taken out her account on 9th December...the Ipod was £89.00 with free shipping so they have taken more money that advertised. The company show on the bank statement as [www.etanpay.com] (link: http://www.etanpay.com). I can not find contact details for the company and have e-mailed them on more than on occassion and have not had a response. My order still states that the order is processing. My mum has contacted her bank to alert them of the scam incase this company try to take any more money from her account.
