I was looking for a good value ipod nano 5th generation due to the new release of 6th generation. It was for a christmas present for my sister. After looking on google I thought I'd found a bargain on ipodnanouks website (which looked very genuine, just like apple). I purchased a 16GB ipod nano for £75 on 5th December last year. Alarm bells rang when I never received a confirmation email but on checking my balance I noted £83.86 was taken from my account on 6th Dcember under a chinese name. I was suspicious so checked status on the website where it said processing. Currently on 13th Feb 2011 I have not received any product, any money back or any information despite emailing them 3-4 times to ask for information or refund. The website has no contact number either. I have been ripped off completely and as a student money is not plentiful!
