I bought something, they charged my credit card, item was never received. In fact it's been 4 months and the order status still says the product is in transit. They never emailed me, ever, despite what their customer service web page says. I sent many threatening emails, no response. They don't offer any other contact information. Horrible Horrible Horrible frustrating experience.

I ordered a Kitchen Aid Mixer on 12/2/06 for $247.40. The order confirmation I received said the item would ship in 4-7 days. After 9 days I tried to contact them and that's when the red flags went up in my mind. Every customer service phone number was either disconnected or erroneous. E-mails were not returned. I did some checking and this company has a horrible reputation, they are ripping people off left and right. Through some internet sleuthing, I discovered the web site is owned by Henry Galasso. Turns out he also runs at least two other sites www.ismartshop.com and www.celebrityappliance.com. I believe he is also an owner of a deli in Syosset, NY (on Long Island). The deli's name is Peppino's (I think he uses the nickname Pepe as an alias), the deli’s phone number is 516-682-5700. I also believe his home address is:

I searched and searched for a good price for my son's first birthday present. I thought I had found it with ipriceshop.com. I should have known something was strange with all the different names the phoney online company threw around. I placed the order and never received it, I emailed every email link I could find on the website. All were returned due to no server response or no such mailbox. I called the telephone number listed only to be told to call an international number. I found all the helpful complaint info after the fact. Needless to say a difficult lesson to learn about online shopping.

Don't order - you WILL be charged and you WILL NOT receive your purchase. They go by iPriceShop.com /ismartshoppe/Celebrity Cookware. They post false verifications (ie Bizrate logo) - check - they don't link anywhere. They disconnected their phone number, emails to them return undeliverable, they are not rated by the better business bureau, and they have no physical address (just a PO Box). File an office credit card dispute with your credit card company if you have ordered here and DO NOT pay the part of the balance that is your ipriceshop charge.

I bought a Ionic pro Air Purifier from Ipriceshop.com and my credit card was charged within a day before the Air Purifier was ship out. The status on the website was keep showing will ship in 2-3 days. But two weeks had pass nothing is being shipped. I try to contact the customer service and sales thru e-mail for several days now. But no responses. Buyer beware. Don't buy from this merchant. I file complaint with the yahoo but nothing happen. I also file a disput with my credit card company and hoping to get the money back.
