Hi, my name is Goldie and I own a salon in Los Angeles, CA. IRL of Peoria called me about two months ago and asked me if I would be interested in magazines. I told them yes in the future but not right now and then they asked me what kind of magazines I like; I told them the different ones. Then I received a call a month later stating I owe them twenty some odd dollars and I was in collections. At that time I told them that I did not say that I wanted to start ordering magazines at this time and I tried to explain to them about the phone calls I received but they refused to listen and threaten to send me to collections. I was trying to be respectful to the salesperson and listen to what they had to say and I told them when I was ready I would let them know and the guy said that my account will start when I send in a payment; but he lied and fraudulent setup an account. Now they harassed me all the time and speak to me very rudely. I have sent two letters and I have called many times even before they started sending me magazines. They will not let me speak to the owner or any authority.
