I purchased so called No.1 water Purifier not knowing the fact about their worst after sales service. I shifted my residence from Howrah to Kolkata where I was also having the Purifier of EUREKA. When I wanted to shift that Purifier, the representative apparently told me that this can not be installed at your Kolkata residence as because there are heavy Iron in the water supplying by boring. Thereafter I purchased the aforesaid new purifier namely R.O. After a gap of 1 year another supervisor came to my residence for service and he advised me to install "IRON GUARD" to get fresh water supply. I am totally confused who was the correct supervisor. The supervisor also told me that if you would instal the Iron Guard in your Old Purifier, you need not to purchase the R.O. {new one}. I also make several complaints to replace the TAP of my Purifier, but till date no one turn-up to replace. Looking behind the worst service of EUREKA FORBES I am going to advice other flat owners [near about 150] of my complex not to purchase at the Product of "Eureka" via mail.
