After numerous promised to fix broken equipment they send a service rep. that is like a keystone cop. He proceeds to get me better coverage and ends up after 3 hours with no sat. coveage at all..He says that his supvisor quit and he had no one to call but would be back the next morning to finish the job. The next day after 6 hours and numerous phone calls..I took off from work a suprv. showed up, moved the sat. and connected exposed wires (cables on the ground and I live on Golf course), He said he would be back the next day to install tripod and hide exposed cable. He is yet to appear, I will get fined by the condo corp and if someone gets hurt because of these exposed cables it will be direct TV and Ironwood.
