i finished my diploma degree in madras university institute of correpondance education in the year of 2003. but here itself i dont receive my provisional and convational certificate. regularly i go the certificate section and asked what is the status they said "come next week " .specially the man having thadi he is telling very irresponsible answer and he talking with collegues always.VERY WORST DEPARTMENT IN MADRAS UNIVERSITY IS CERTIFICATE SECTION.
