I logded a claim for a burst geyser with nedbank ref no:1185947 recieved SMS that plumber will call me before end of business on same day 30th march 2011, following day nobody had called, received another SMS from Nedclaims with plumber details Apex point trading for me to call them if they had not called yet.On the third day I then made an effort to call 0218516805 in the morning and was told that they will call me back but in vain. My geyser is dripping water on my ceiling and carperts are ruined, How can this be sorted? MY CELL IS 0825206102, still waiting 01/04/11
