I sent thirty dollars by Postal money Order for my International ID Card from the ISE. The International Student Exchange, Discount Card. After more than a month. No card was sent. I wrote a letter of inquiry and after two weeks I still have not heard from them. ISE is a Ripp Off. Do not send them your money!
