I purchased a french bulldog puppy from lisa williams in january and when I talked with her she said the papers had not come back yet and she would send them as soon as they come so I went ahead and bought the puppy and a ground transporter picked her up but I still have not recieved my papers or everytime I call no one answers and I have send several emails with no response back she is a fraud and If anyone is thinking of buying a puppy run the other way because if you want papers you will never get them. I paid thru paypal and tried to get my money back but had no luck so I am in the process of going thru the credit card company to get her for fraud. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WOMAN SHE IS A LAIR!!!
